Hi!  My name is Samuel Rea.  I am a certified home inspector (license #935) with the state of Washington.  Before becoming a home inspector, I was in construction for 10+ years.  My wife & I founded SFHI in 2012 and serviced Western WA for 5 years. 

Although our business in Western Washington was very successful, we found ourselves seeking happiness elsewhere.  In 2017, we chose to take a big leap of faith and moved our business to Spokane.  We have been proudly providing home inspection services to the Greater Spokane area ever since.  

We offer in-depth inspections, detailed reports including pictures using Home Gauge report writing software, and get the report to you via email typically the evening of the inspection or no later than 24 hours! We use all of the tools needed to complete a thorough inspection- Flir thermal imaging, drone, high definition sewer scope equipment, moisture meter, and more.
