Is a sewer scope inspection really necessary? We think so! Sewer inspections are not something most buyers think about when purchasing a home. But a side sewer issue can be one of the most expensive repairs a homeowner can face. 

A sewer scope is just like it sounds- We run a mini camera through the sewer line from the sewer clean out.  The clean out can be located in a basement, crawlspace, or outside the home.  As long as there are no obstructions, we will scope from the clean out to the city main.  We are looking for any problems including root intrusion, holes, bellies, brakes, offsets, cracks, and deterioration.
